“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Acts 1: 8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
The Fiftieth day, the experience of Pentecost is what makes the Bride, the church
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, if the bride, the church should offer the sacrifices of vow, that is burnt offerings and peace offerings to God we should receive the fullness of grace from God and then we should be as those who offer the sacrifices of vow.
Next, the things that we are going to meditate upon are Leviticus 23: 9 – 14 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
“Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: ‘When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest.
He shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted on your behalf; on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.
And you shall offer on that day, when you wave the sheaf, a male lamb of the first year, without blemish, as a burnt offering to the Lord.
Its grain offering shall be two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to the Lord, for a sweet aroma; and its drink offering shall be of wine, one-fourth of a hin.
You shall eat neither bread nor parched grain nor fresh grain until the same day that you have brought an offering to your God; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
God is telling Moses to tell the children of Israel that when God was leading the people of Israel straight to the land of Canaan, when they came to reap the harvest it is written that you should bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest. This is because our soul is the first fruit which we must give to the Lord and to show that as a pattern only it is written as a sheaf. If God must accept our soul, we must offer ourselves as a wave offering to the Lord. That is, that sheaf which is waved signifies that whichever place we may go or come, in whichever place we may be, in the same place we must give our soul to the Lord as a first fruit; without any blemish we must submit it to the Lamb, who is Christ.
Then before the Lord as a burnt offering with a sweet aroma we must give two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, as a grain offering; and we must offer drink offering of wine, one-fourth of a hin. The reason God is showing this as a pattern is that we must submit ourselves to God as those who follow the grace of Christ and the commandments of Christ. Till we submit ourselves to God as an offering, we should not eat parched grain or fresh grain. The reason why God is explaining and showing us this is, because we must not take anything other than God’s truth, which are his statues in our mind and this shall be a statue forever throughout all your generations.
Also, Leviticus 23: 16 Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath; then you shall offer a new grain offering to the Lord. From the day, after the day that the sheaf of the wave offering was brought, after seven Sabbaths are completed, then the day after the seventh Sabbath which is the fiftieth day it is written that we must offer a new grain offering to the Lord, which is a pattern of the Day of Pentecost.
Therefore, if all of us submit ourselves for that, Christ resurrects in us and then on the fiftieth day, with the experience of Pentecost we must receive the anointing of the bride and we must all renew ourselves and submit ourselves for this.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
