“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
1 John 2: 25 And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
If we are the bride, the church eternal life should abide in us
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that for the bride, the church which is us, humbleness is particularly important and those who put on humbleness in this manner will dwell in the dwelling place of God and will be safe guarded by God and they will bring forth their spiritual generations and their offspring’s will also be blessed.
But today the things that we are going to meditate upon are Leviticus 24: 1 – 9 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
“Command the children of Israel that they bring to you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, to make the lamps burn continually.
Outside the veil of the Testimony, in the tabernacle of meeting, Aaron shall be in charge of it from evening until morning before the Lord continually; it shall be a statute forever in your generations.
He shall be in charge of the lamps on the pure gold lampstand before the Lord continually.
“And you shall take fine flour and bake twelve cakes with it. Two-tenths of an ephah shall be in each cake.
You shall set them in two rows, six in a row, on the pure gold table before the Lord.
And you shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, an offering made by fire to the Lord.
Every Sabbath he shall set it in order before the Lord continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.
And it shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy to him from the offerings of the Lord made by fire, by a perpetual statute.”
When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses the Lord spoke to Moses and is saying that command the children of Israel that they bring to you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, to make the lamps burn continually when they come to serve the Lord. This is that in our soul always, the anointing of the Spirit which is filled with the words of Christ is the olive oil. Because of this in our soul the life of Christ which is always manifested only is the eternal life.
In the presence of the Lord, all the Israelites who are going to worship the Lord should receive eternal life and should offer a living worship to the Lord and God is commanding us this as a perpetual statute and is showing us this as a pattern.
Also, you shall take fine flour and bake twelve cakes with it. Each cake should be made in two-tenths of an ephah of flour. Twelve cakes mean he is showing it as a pattern to the twelve disciples. These, within us shows us attaining fullness in the grace of Christ. Also, you shall set them in the presence of the Lord on the holy table in two rows, six cakes in each row. The cakes that are set on the table signifies that each one of us should have a part with Christ. What showed us that clearly was Christ and twelve disciples.
Also, we, through Christ should offer ourselves as a burnt offering that is pleasing to God. Also, the reason why it is written that the cake should be set in order on the holy day, that is every Sabbath in the holy presence as an everlasting covenant is because we are that cake. That is, the word of God which is Christ is manifested in our midst as the living bread. In that case, because we also have a part in the one bread, who is Christ many of us are one bread and one body.
Also, cake means the living word of God. Whenever we eat the cake, we must eat it in the holy place. That is, our tongue, our soul everything should always be holy, and God is showing us this as a pattern in the Old Testament. Also, among the offerings of the Lord made by fire, as a perpetual statute this is the most holy one to him. And it is written that in this place, it shall be for Aaron and his sons, means that our Lord Jesus Christ became an offering for us, and it is a pattern for that. He is only the most holy one. Therefore, each one of us must be built firmly on the most holy faith.
Regarding this Jude 1: 20, 21 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
According to the above-mentioned verse let us wait to receive the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life. Let us submit ourselves.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
