“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Ezekiel 37: 14 I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,” says the Lord.’”

If we, the bride, the church is held captive due to the reason of our iniquity, if we confess our mistakes in the presence of God, the Lord will bring us again into our own land, which is Canaan.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that if we do not obey God, he cut off the supply of bread and God will punish us.

But today the things that we are meditating upon are Leviticus 26: 40 – 46 But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, with their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me,

and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their guilt—

then I will remember My covenant with Jacob, and My covenant with Isaac and My covenant with Abraham I will remember; I will remember the land.

The land also shall be left empty by them and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them; they will accept their guilt, because they despised My judgments and because their soul abhorred My statutes.

Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, nor shall I abhor them, to utterly destroy them and break My covenant with them; for I am the Lord their God.

But for their sake I will remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.’”

These are the statutes and judgments and laws which the Lord made between Himself and the children of Israel on Mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.

What these are is that God is telling that if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, with their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me, I will also walk contrary to them and will confess that I have given them to the enemies and if they accept that because of their iniquity they have been punished and it is just, God will remember the covenant that he had done with Jacob, and with Isaac and with Abraham for us and our land which was left empty, which is our soul what the enemy was enjoying and our soul despised the words of God and because we abhorred his statutes if we accept that this is the punishment for our iniquity, even though God has given us into the hands of the enemy he will not cast us away, nor abhor us, or utterly destroy us and break his covenant with us; says the Lord. He is saying that he is the Lord our God.

Also, what God is saying is that because he has redeemed us from Egypt, which is the bondage of sin in the sight of the Gentiles, he remembers the covenant that he had made with our ancestors for us and he is saying that he will manifest that He is God. Also, the explanation of the above-mentioned verses is given in Ezekiel chapter 36.

We must read and meditate on these facts. If we read them, we can understand that because of our iniquity, when God is submitting us into the hands of the enemy, we will leave our own land which is Canaan and go to another land. We do not realize that we are going in this manner. God is not talking about going by bus or going by ship or going by aeroplane. What that signifies is that we will leave the word of God and do what our mind desires and walk according to how we want and do like what the Gentiles do, and we will think that whatever we are doing is right. 

But to change us, God punishes us in different ways. When we are punished in this manner, some souls will realize the iniquity that they have done. God will be merciful upon them and will bring them to their own land, which is to Christ again and the place in the soul that was empty God will fill again by his grace and will be make them happy.

All these things the Lord made between Himself and us, the children of Israel, so that he can dwell in our midst and these are the laws that he gave through Moses on Mount Sinai. Therefore, let us learn to follow and walk according to the laws that God has given us. Let us submit ourselves.
