“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

John 6: 33 For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Hallelujah

When we, the bride, the church gathers together every day in the night and worship God, then God feeds us with his Manna.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, in our, the bride, the church’s journey of faith, if we obey his laws, he will enable us to see the goodness of the land which God had promised. And, for us to possess that promise, which is that land, which is the presence of God, while we are walking in the journey of faith in order that we do not fall down due to the deeds of the one who hates us, who is our enemy and to safeguard us, he hides and keeps us within the cloud and this he shows us clearly with patterns and he leads the Israelites. Then God captures the enemies, and he chases the one who hates us.

In this manner, in our inner man God does his deeds and makes us holy and saves us and the promised land is Canaan and that is we will accept our Lord Jesus Christ as our personal saviour completely and when we accept him in this manner God is turning towards us and we meditated regarding this also.

But today the portion that we are thinking upon is Numbers 11: 1 – 9 Now when the people complained, it displeased the Lord; for the Lord heard it, and His anger was aroused. So, the fire of the Lord burned among them, and consumed some in the outskirts of the camp.

Then the people cried out to Moses, and when Moses prayed to the Lord, the fire was quenched.

So he called the name of the place Taberah, because the fire of the Lord had burned among them.

Now the mixed multitude who were among them yielded to intense craving; so, the children of Israel also wept again and said: “Who will give us meat to eat?

We remember the fish which we ate freely in Egypt, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic;

but now our whole being is dried up; there is nothing at all except this manna before our eyes!”

Now the manna was like coriander seed, and its color like the color of bdellium.

The people went about and gathered it, ground it on millstones or beat it in the mortar, cooked it in pans, and made cakes of it; and its taste was like the taste of pastry prepared with oil.

And when the dew fell on the camp in the night, the manna fell on it.

When we meditated upon the above-mentioned verses, in the journey of the children of Israel, when the ark of the covenant went before them, Moses said to the Lord “Return, O Lord, to the many thousands of Israel” and the people were complaining.  When they complained in this manner, it was displeasing to the Lord’s sight. The Lord’s anger was aroused against them. So, the fire of the Lord burned among them, and consumed some in the outskirts of the camp.

My dear people, we must meditate well, and we must be careful in the journey of faith. This is because we must never complain to God against his will. If we complain in this manner, then the anger of the Lord will be aroused. These things happened within the Israelites. So, Moses is praying to the Lord. Then the fire was quenched. The place where the fire burned is being named as Taberah. In this manner, many among us even though God leads us with goodness because we are complaining against God in their lives within themselves, they do not have any peace and even though they experience pain due to fire, they do not realize.

That is, why the Israelites complained is that because of the foreign people that were there in their soul, they became very lustful and they start complaining to eat meat. What they are saying and complaining is that Numbers 11: 5, 6 We remember the fish which we ate freely in Egypt, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic;

but now our whole being is dried up; there is nothing at all except this manna before our eyes!”

They are complaining according to the above verses. God is feeding them with Manna. This is a pattern to the word of God. That manna was like coriander seed, and its color like the color of bdellium. The people went about and gathered it, ground it on millstones or beat it in the mortar, cooked it in pans, and made cakes of it; and its taste was like the taste of pastry prepared with oil. And when the dew fell on the camp in the night, the manna fell on it.

My dear people, when we meditate upon this, bread means Christ. What he is telling is that John 6: 48 I am the bread of life. Our Lord Jesus Christ and the manna that fell there are the word of God. The people are cooking them as cakes means that within the people, that word becomes flesh and dwelt among us full of grace and truth and this is shown as a pattern by God as mentioned in John 1: 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

But when the dew fell on the camp in the night, it is written that the manna will also fall on it. That is, it is an important thing that the church gathers in the night and then due to the anointing of Christ the word of God, which is the preaching will shower on us and this is being made clear.

Those who are meditating upon this, let us submit ourselves to receive such kind of blessing. Let us submit ourselves.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
