“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Psalms 119: 10 With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
We, the bride, the church should never do presumptuous sin
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated the pattern along with explanation that our soul, the bride, the church should be united along with the first fruit, who is Christ by resurrection.
But today what we are meditating is that Numbers 15: 22 – 41 If you sin unintentionally, and do not observe all these commandments which the Lord has spoken to Moses—
all that the Lord has commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day the Lord gave commandment and onward throughout your generations—
then it will be, if it is unintentionally committed, without the knowledge of the congregation, that the whole congregation shall offer one young bull as a burnt offering, as a sweet aroma to the Lord, with its grain offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance, and one kid of the goats as a sin offering.
So the priest shall make atonement for the whole congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them, for it was unintentional; they shall bring their offering, an offering made by fire to the Lord, and their sin offering before the Lord, for their unintended sin.
It shall be forgiven the whole congregation of the children of Israel and the stranger who dwells among them, because all the people did it unintentionally.
‘And if a person sins unintentionally, then he shall bring a female goat in its first year as a sin offering.
So the priest shall make atonement for the person who sins unintentionally, when he sins unintentionally before the Lord, to make atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
You shall have one law for him who sins unintentionally, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel and for the stranger who dwells among them.
‘But the person who does anything presumptuously, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one brings reproach on the Lord, and he shall be cut off from among his people.
Because he has despised the word of the Lord, and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; his guilt shall be upon him.’”
Now while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.
And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.
They put him under guard, because it had not been explained what should be done to him.
Then the Lord said to Moses, “The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.”
So, as the Lord commanded Moses, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died.
Again, the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
“Speak to the children of Israel: Tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a blue thread in the tassels of the corners.
And you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the Lord and do them, and that you may not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined,
and that you may remember and do all My commandments and be holy for your God.
I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord your God.”
According to the above-mentioned facts, if we do not walk according to the commandments which the Lord commanded through Moses, if we walk wrongly unintentionally and if we do any mistake the whole congregation shall offer one young bull as a burnt offering, as a sweet aroma to the Lord, with its grain offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance, and one kid of the goats as a sin offering. So, the priest shall make atonement for the whole congregation of the children of Israel.
The sacrifices that are offered on that day with that the priest will make atonement for the sin on the altar. When he did it in this manner, because there were priests from all classes chosen by man and not chosen by God, the Lord was not pleased in it. Therefore, God is manifesting himself as the priest. Our Lord Jesus Christ is manifested as the priest forever, and for us his blood only does the atonement of our sin.
In this manner, according to the growth of each person’s soul we must submit ourselves for the mistakes that we have done. When we do in this manner it is being forgiven for us. Also, if we do in this manner it shall be forgiven the whole congregation of the children of Israel and the stranger who dwells among them, because all the people did it unintentionally.
But what the word of the Lord says is that if a person who does anything presumptuously, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one brings reproach on the Lord, and he shall be cut off from among his people and because he has despised the word of the Lord, and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; his guilt shall be upon him says the Lord.
But my dear people, it is written that if we sin against God presumptuously or if we despise his word and break his commandment then their guilt will be upon them only. Regarding them, Hebrews 10: 24 – 31 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.
Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.”
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
According to the above-mentioned verses we must analyze and know ourselves well and for the mistakes that are in us it will be a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Also, those who found the man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation. They put him under guard, because it had not been explained what should be done to him. Then the Lord said to Moses, “The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp. In the same way, they did as the Lord commanded to Moses. Then he died.
Because it happened in this manner the Lord spoke to the children of Israel and he is telling them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a blue thread in the tassels of the corners. What this is for is that he is saying that you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember and walk according to all the commandments of the Lord and do them, and that you may not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined.
My dear people, we should be as those who desire the commandments of God and walk according to them. Otherwise, our soul is being killed. Therefore, what the Lord says is that you may remember and do all My commandments and be holy for your God. What these are is the blue thread. He is showing that as a pattern to Christ. Therefore, he is sending Christ to this world and is revealing his love to us on Calvary and showing us.
Later, in all our souls he sending the resurrected Christ to revive our soul. The soul revived in this manner will desire in the commandments of the Lord and will learn to walk in this manner. When we walk in this manner, he will be the Lord our God and so that we never leave him and go into harlotry, and we will have complete hope that he is the one who has redeemed us from Egypt, which is sin.
Let us submit ourselves to walk in this manner.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
