“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Psalms 9: 10 And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Hallelujah

If we, the bride, the church do not believe God with our whole heart, he judges us without partiality.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church in our journey of faith we must destroy the world, flesh and devil from our soul, and we must be as those who have overcome. Also, because the flesh fights against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh only if we destroy the deeds of the flesh we can enter into Canaan. For this only, Christ is raising up his church within us.

But in those things Moses and Aaron both made mistakes and God is showing us as a pattern. The reason for them to make mistakes is that they did not believe him to hallow the Lord in their soul, he did not allow them to inherit that land. In the same way, if we also do not believe then the body of Christ, the church will not be able to arise in us. Therefore, my dear people we must listen to the voice of God, obey and we must believe.

Next, what we are meditating is that Numbers 20: 21 – 29 Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his territory; so Israel turned away from him.

Now the children of Israel, the whole congregation, journeyed from Kadesh and came to Mount Hor.

And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron in Mount Hor by the border of the land of Edom, saying:

“Aaron shall be gathered to his people, for he shall not enter the land which I have given to the children of Israel, because you rebelled against My word at the water of Meribah.

Take Aaron and Eleazar his son, and bring them up to Mount Hor;

and strip Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son; for Aaron shall be gathered to his people and die there.”

So Moses did just as the Lord commanded, and they went up to Mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation.

Moses stripped Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there on the top of the mountain. Then Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.

Now when all the congregation saw that Aaron was dead, all the house of Israel mourned for Aaron thirty days.

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses because the king of Edom did not allow Israel, the church through Edom they went to a mountain called Hor. And there the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron that Aaron shall be gathered to his people, for he shall not enter the land which I have given to the children of Israel, because you rebelled against My word at the water of Meribah and take Aaron and Eleazar his son, and bring them up to Mount Hor; and strip Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son; he said for Aaron shall be gathered to his people and die there.

My dear people when we meditate upon this Moses only rebelled against the word of God. But we see that God is punishing Aaron also together. Let us think what the reason for that is. One reason is that when God called Moses, when Moses said that I am slow of speech and slow of tongue, we see that God is sending Aaron as the mouth of Moses. From this what we come to know is that God is making Moses to be alone.

Not only that, when Moses went up to Mount Sinai, and when it became late for him to come from there and when Israel, the church said we want a god to go before us, Aaron is the one who made the calf. But God keeps that in his mind and does not allow him to inherit that good land.

My dear people, from this God is doing and showing us for a pattern that he is the one who judges without partiality and we must understand that. Also, just like what God said Moses did and for all the congregation to see they climbed up a mountain called Hor.

Then, in Numbers 20: 28, 29 Moses stripped Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there on the top of the mountain. Then Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.

Now when all the congregation saw that Aaron was dead, all the house of Israel mourned for Aaron thirty days.

According to the above-mentioned word of God, Aaron is dying on the top of a mountain called Hor. The house of Israel who heard this mourned for thirty days. My dear people, we, in our journey of faith we must safeguard our soul and our life carefully.

Let us meditate upon this well and submit ourselves to safeguard ourselves.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
