“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Judges 6: 16 And the Lord said to him, “Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat the Midianites as one man.”

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Hallelujah 

We, the bride, the church in our soul so that deeds of Midianites do not appear and pressure us with schemes, let us overcome Midianites with Christ.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we, the bride, the church must be as those who are zealous for God and the person who showed such kind of zealousness was Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest and when one of the Israelite brought a Midianite woman as soon as he saw that, he went into their tent and thrust them with a javelin and killed them. Then because the Israelites joined to Baal of Peor, God is sending plague among them. That plague, because Phinehas with zealousness he destroyed harlotry, God stopped it at that time itself.

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: Numbers 25: 11 – 13 “Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned back My wrath from the children of Israel, because he was zealous with My zeal among them, so that I did not consume the children of Israel in My zeal. 

Therefore say, ‘Behold, I give to him My covenant of peace; 

and it shall be to him and his descendants after him a covenant of an everlasting priesthood, because he was zealous for his God, and made atonement for the children of Israel.’”

According to the above-mentioned verses, because he was zealous for God, then God turned back my wrath that was upon the children of Israel. Therefore he said that I will give my covenant of peace. Also, due to the zealousness because he did the atonement of sin for Israel, he said that for him and his descendants after him a covenant of an everlasting priesthood will be given.

My dear people, the explanation of this is that the one who does atonement for our sin is our Lord Jesus Christ. He is only being sacrificed for our sin. God is destroying the harlotry that we are doing in our soul with the foreign woman. Foreign woman means the foreign teaching which is against the true spirit which is the evil teaching. This teaching will be from the spirit of the world. That is what in 1 Corinthians 2: 12 – 16 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 

But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. 

For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

We must analyze the above-mentioned facts and we must change the character since birth that is in us. Also, due to the Midianite woman because the Israelite was destroyed God is telling Moses that for they harassed you with their schemes by which they seduced you in the matter of Peor and in the matter of Cozbi, the daughter of a leader of Midian, their sister, who was killed in the day of the plague because of Peor and so that their spirit does not do any schemes against us in any way and for us to safeguard ourselves may God fill us up with the grace of God.

Let us submit ourselves.
