“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Hebrews 11: 1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Hallelujah

In our lives, the bride, the church we should have complete faith in God.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should become heirs of him by the blood of Christ.

Also, next what we are meditating is that Numbers 33: 1 – 5 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, who went out of the land of Egypt by their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Now Moses wrote down the starting points of their journeys at the command of the Lord. And these are their journeys according to their starting points:

They departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with boldness in the sight of all the Egyptians.

For the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom the Lord had killed among them. Also on their gods the Lord had executed judgments.

Then the children of Israel moved from Rameses and camped at Succoth.

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses these are the journeys of the children of Israel, who went out of the land of Egypt by their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron. Now Moses wrote down the starting points of their journeys at the command of the Lord. The details of that are given below. That is, they dwelt in Rameses which was a fertile land to stay and a land that was good for the sheep and cattle. But God delivered them through Moses and Aaron from Pharaoh and when he was leading and bringing them towards the land of Israel, firstly they departed from Rameses on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with boldness in the sight of all the Egyptians. For the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom the Lord had killed among them. Also on their gods the Lord had executed judgments.

The facts regarding this are that when we meditate upon this all these signify the death of our sinful body, and a new body (inner man) puts on the image of God and the worldly fame that is there in our soul, that is everything that is there in the first place all the thoughts are destroyed and for Christ to appear as the firstborn in our soul, he kills all the firstborns of the Egyptians. In this manner, God is showing this as a pattern and is making them begin their journey from there. Regarding that, the word of God in Colossians 1: 13 – 20 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell,

and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

For our soul to leave such kind of sin, which is the world and to live along with Christ and for this race of faith they began their journey from Egypt and camped in different places one by one. After that, Numbers 33: 6 – 39 They departed from Succoth and camped at Etham, which is on the edge of the wilderness.

They moved from Etham and turned back to Pi Hahiroth, which is east of Baal Zephon; and they camped near Migdol.

They departed from before Hahiroth and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, went three days’ journey in the Wilderness of Etham, and camped at Marah.

They moved from Marah and came to Elim. At Elim were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there.

They moved from Elim and camped by the Red Sea.

They moved from the Red Sea and camped in the Wilderness of Sin.

They journeyed from the Wilderness of Sin and camped at Dophkah.

They departed from Dophkah and camped at Alush.

They moved from Alush and camped at Rephidim, where there was no water for the people to drink.

They departed from Rephidim and camped in the Wilderness of Sinai.

They moved from the Wilderness of Sinai and camped at Kibroth Hattaavah.

They departed from Kibroth Hattaavah and camped at Hazeroth.

They departed from Hazeroth and camped at Rithmah.

They departed from Rithmah and camped at Rimmon Perez.

They departed from Rimmon Perez and camped at Libnah.

They moved from Libnah and camped at Rissah.

They journeyed from Rissah and camped at Kehelathah.

They went from Kehelathah and camped at Mount Shepher.

They moved from Mount Shepher and camped at Haradah.

They moved from Haradah and camped at Makheloth.

They moved from Makheloth and camped at Tahath.

They departed from Tahath and camped at Terah.

They moved from Terah and camped at Mithkah.

They went from Mithkah and camped at Hashmonah.

They departed from Hashmonah and camped at Moseroth.

They departed from Moseroth and camped at Bene Jaakan.

They moved from Bene Jaakan and camped at Hor Hagidgad.

They went from Hor Hagidgad and camped at Jotbathah.

They moved from Jotbathah and camped at Abronah.

They departed from Abronah and camped at Ezion Geber.

They moved from Ezion Geber and camped in the Wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.

They moved from Kadesh and camped at Mount Hor, on the boundary of the land of Edom.

Then Aaron the priest went up to Mount Hor at the command of the Lord and died there in the fortieth year after the children of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, on the first day of the fifth month.

Aaron was one hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on Mount Hor.

According to the above-mentioned verses, they went three days’ journey in the Wilderness of Etham and camped at Marah. Marah shows bitterness. But from Marah they went to Elim. At Elim were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there.

My dear people when we meditate upon this the water in Marah was bitter. If our spiritual life is bitter then we must again confess our mistakes to God and when we receive the forgiveness of our sin, Christ will appear in our soul. Then our bitter life will change into sweet. Then God is giving twelve springs of water. These twelve springs are the twelve disciples. That is, the fruits of righteousness which gives twelve kinds of fruits. Also, the seventy palm trees along with the experience of the seventy elders shows the prophecy. These things should be the deeds of the journey of faith.

Then, they moved from Elim and camped by the Red Sea. In this manner, they camped in different places one by one. But they camped in the Wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh and then they moved from Kadesh and camped at Mount Hor, on the boundary of the land of Edom. Then just as God told Moses in Numbers 33: 38, 39 Then Aaron the priest went up to Mount Hor at the command of the Lord and died there in the fortieth year after the children of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, on the first day of the fifth month.

Aaron was one hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on Mount Hor.

According to the above-mentioned verses, Aaron dies. But when he died, he was one hundred and twenty-three years old. My dear people, the Mount Hor was on the boundary of the land of Edom. The reason for him to die in this manner was that at the waters of Meribah he failed to uphold God as holy before the eyes of the children of Israel and because he was without faith, according to the command of God, Aaron dies.

My dear people, in our lives all the time before the church and before all the people we must uphold God as holy and let us submit ourselves to proclaim our faith.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
