“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

John 14: 27

Peace, I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

In our life, the bride, the church peace should stay forever.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should leave the wicked ways that are there in our soul and let us walk in the good path which is the path of the Lord.

Next what we are meditating upon is that 2 Kings 15: 13 – 18 Shallum the son of Jabesh became king in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah king of Judah; and he reigned a full month in Samaria.

For Menahem the son of Gadi went up from Tirzah, came to Samaria, and struck Shallum the son of Jabesh in Samaria and killed him; and he reigned in his place.

Now the rest of the acts of Shallum, and the conspiracy which he led; indeed they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.

Then from Tirzah, Menahem attacked Tiphsah, all who were there, and its territory. Because they did not surrender, therefore he attacked it. All the women there who were with child he ripped open.

In the thirty-ninth year of Azariah king of Judah, Menahem the son of Gadi became king over Israel, and reigned ten years in Samaria.

And he did evil in the sight of the Lord; he did not depart all his days from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who had made Israel sin.

In the above-mentioned verses, Shallum the son of Jabesh became king in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah king of Judah; and he reigned a full month in Samaria.

My dear people, according to the above-mentioned verses till men were kings Israel and Judah did not get peace. The reason for this is that in Genesis 49: 10, 11 The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes; and to Him shall be the obedience of the people.

Binding his donkey to the vine, and his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes.

When the above-mentioned verses are fulfilled within us then peace will be manifested within us. The facts regarding this if God wills, we will meditate tomorrow in the grace of the Lord. Let us submit ourselves for this.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
