“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Deuteronomy 28: 9

The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

We, the bride, the church should not have any traditional worships in us, and decorations of the flesh and we should safeguard ourselves carefully.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should not do the sins which our fathers have done and safeguard ourselves carefully.

Next what we are meditating upon is that 2 Kings 18: 1 – 8 Now it came to pass in the third year of Hoshea the son of Elah, king of Israel, that Hezekiah the son of Ahaz, king of Judah, began to reign.

He was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Abi the daughter of Zechariah.

And he did what was right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father David had done.

He removed the high places and broke the sacred pillars, cut down the wooden image and broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made; for until those days the children of Israel burned incense to it, and called it Nehushtan.

He trusted in the Lord God of Israel, so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor who were before him.

For he held fast to the Lord; he did not depart from following Him, but kept His commandments, which the Lord had commanded Moses.

The Lord was with him; he prospered wherever he went. And he rebelled against the king of Assyria and did not serve him.

He subdued the Philistines, as far as Gaza and its territory, from watchtower to fortified city.

In the above-mentioned verses, in the third year of Hoshea the son of Elah, king of Israel, that Hezekiah the son of Ahaz, king of Judah, began to reign.

My dear people, God is giving us the above-mentioned words as a pattern. That is, when we are saved by Christ and when we worship God in spirit and in truth our traditional deeds, which are done and made by our forefathers and also the seeds that have been sown in our soul and the worldly worship that we are doing which are all the things, the laws ordained by man should be removed by us like Hezekiah did and if we will keep our hope only upon the Lord God of Israel and in any circumstance if we do not backslide away from him but if we will depend upon him and follow all the commandments that he has given and walk according to them in all the places that we go and come the Lord will be with us and will be favorable unto us. Also, Hezekiah rebelled against the king of Assyria and did not serve him means for us to be made beautiful we must put away all the deeds of decoration completely. Also, the deeds of Philistines like gold, silver the decorations by these should be destroyed completely and let us submit ourselves completely that only the Lord is our salvation.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
