“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Hebrews 10: 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Hallelujah

Those who do not obey God – heart gets filled with sin

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated in the past days we meditated regarding how we should not persecute all God’s children and how if we are persecuted for the sake of Christ’s name we will be blessed. In this manner, we will bear all things, but it is not us but the Spirit of Glory who dwells in us is being persecuted and we also meditated on the fact that he will be glorified in us. That is why when God told Moses to put his hand in his bosom, Moses did that and behold, his hand was leprous, like snow. And again, He said, put your hand in your bosom and when he put his hand again in the bosom and behold, that hand was restored like his other flesh.

From this we must understand that if we will bear persecution it is not us but the Spirit of glory who is within us will be glorified. If we say that we will not bear persecution, since our deeds are evil the Spirit of glory cannot be glorified.

If we obey and bear all persecution for the sake of Christ’s name God will continue to be glorified in our generation to generation.

My dear people, the next thing that we are going to meditate upon is that God tells Moses that if they do not believe these above mentioned two signs after seeing them, then thirdly you shall take water from the river and pour it on the dry land. The water which you take from the river will become blood on the dry land.”

The meaning of this is that when God says the water from the river, it is the river of Egypt. The reason for telling that take the water from the river and pour it on the dry land is because though they saw the above mentioned signs of God those who do not believe or have faith the river of Egypt is flowing in their soul. But when the water from the river is poured in the land which is our soul, those who have the deeds of Egypt in them their land, which is the heart because it is a desolate land and dry land it is filled with the stains of sin (with unclean things).

After that Moses said to the Lord, “O my Lord, I am not eloquent, but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”

My dear people, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon till now God told Moses to do the signs and show them. In our life when we hear God’s words, even if we believe or have faith, we must have deeds. But later Moses is submitting his mouth and tongue before God.

We must pray daily that our mouth and tongue should be safe guarded by God. Not us, not our mouth not our tongue but we should submit ourselves in God’s presence to become God’s mouth and tongue and lips. Then not only will he be in our soul, but he will be our mouth, tongue and lips. Mouth – Christ, Tongue – Christ, Lips – Christ (Everything is God’s word) should be in this manner. Not for worldly things but for it should belong to heaven.

According to the above God’s word if we will submit our mouth and tongue

Exodus 4: 11, 12 So the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the Lord?

Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say.”

From this we all should understand that when all the parts of our whole body are submitted for God, God puts his words in our mouth. He will be our mouth. Christ will work as our tongue also our spiritual eyes for those who are blind, God will give them sight.

After God told Moses, he in Exodus 4: 13 But he said, “O my Lord, please send by the hand of whomever else You may send.”

So the anger of the Lord was kindled against Moses, and He said: “Is not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know that he can speak well." And look, he is also coming out to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.

Exodus 4: 15, 16 Now you shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth. And I will be with your mouth and with his mouth, and I will teach you what you shall do.

So he shall be your spokesman to the people. And he himself shall be as a mouth for you, and you shall be to him as God.

Exodus 4: 17 And you shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs.”

God told Moses that I will be with your mouth and will teach you what you should speak. We must properly carefully meditate on this verse. With the rod in his hand, Moses is telling please send by the hand of whomever else You may send.

My dear people, the Chief High priest whom we confess which is our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ when he is with us, we are telling please send whomever else you may send. We are walking in a wrong manner. Therefore, God is terribly angry with us. In these days also after God has given his words in our mouth how many of us are asking him to raise up others and we are not getting up but we are praying for God to raise others up. For that only, God raised up Aaron who could speak well. Today we must all know what Aaron did even though people said calf, the person who did it was Aaron. So Moses got angry with Aaron. Till today the Israelites are giving importance to the calf. The land is filled with the anger of God.

Israel, the church is making the calf even today. Christian lives are living a life without peace with instability. Shall each one of us confess our mistakes and submit ourselves before God? Let us submit our mouth, our tongue and our lips in God’s presence. Let God will be with our mouth and let Him speak. Let us understand, obey and be saved. Let Grace support all of us.

But again, he is telling Moses Exodus 4: 17 And you shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs.”

Let us all rise and shine through Christ. May the Lord bless us all.

Let us pray.
