Man shall live by God’s word

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days we see that God shows us through Moses as a pattern that God’s children should leave the passing pleasures of sin. Only such people can show the path for the eternal kingdom and prepare the people for the eternal kingdom’s worship and deliver the souls from the bondage of sin. God is showing us Moses and through Moses the Israel church in the Old Testament clearly as a pattern. That is why, as the perfect person for this he sent our Lord Jesus Christ to this world and then sent the spirit of the resurrected Christ into us and delivered us from sin and iniquity and God is giving us the redemption of our soul.

That is why, in Galatians 4: 4 - 6 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,  to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!”

In this manner, for God to send the Spirit of His Son into our heart God sent Moses, Aaron to Egypt to show us as a pattern and tells them to do the miracles. All these miracles are the changes that God is doing in our soul through the Spirit of His Son. When such difficulties come in our life we will be delivered from sin and will reach the throne of grace.

Hebrews 4: 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

To help Moses, Exodus 4: 27 And the Lord said to Aaron, “Go into the wilderness to meet Moses.” So, he went and met him on the mountain of God and kissed him. 

So, Moses told Aaron all the words of the Lord who had sent him, and all the signs which He had commanded him. And Aaron spoke all the words which the Lord had spoken to Moses. Then he did the signs in the sight of the people. 

Then in Exodus 4: 31 So the people believed; and when they heard that the Lord had visited the children of Israel and that He had looked on their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshiped.

My dear people, if you will say that you believe God, as soon as we hear the words of God we must believe. Only those who believe are worshipping God. 

Hebrews 11: 1 – 3 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 

For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.

By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

When we see this, if we believe the words of God, we will surely see the God whom we have not seen. That is why, in 1 John 4: 12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. (This is what is written the evidence of things not seen).

My dear people, when we see it is written beautifully in the word of God that the outside world and everything in the world was created by God through his word. But God is calling us also as the worlds. When we were created initially his word only created us as the world.

Hebrews 11: 3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, 

so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. That which springs forth is the new creation (He is Christ).

That is what God is saying in Isaiah 43: 19 Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.

The beast of the field will honour Me, The jackals and the ostriches, Because I give waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My people, My chosen.

This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise.

We must realize the fact that we are the world. In this world, the new creation that God makes to spring forth in our soul, is Christ. For the people who are in this manner, God says Because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen. When the Spirit of Christ comes in us, whatever deeds we may have in our old life we will honour God. That is what God is telling that the beasts of the field, the jackals and the ostriches will honour me. Those who have such a change in their heart will be praising God.

We should meditate these things well and should make a new turn in our lives. We see that God sends Moses and Aaron after showing his words and signs. Then they believed those words and bowed their heads and worshipped God. 

Are we submitting ourselves before God in this manner? Let us think a little.

According to the verse Hebrews 11: 2, in Hebrews 1: 1, 2 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 

has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; Hebrews 1: 3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high

My dear people, God made us as worlds by his word, then that word entered our soul, which is the world as the brightness of His glory and as the express image of Him, Christ sprang forth and he is upholding everything within us by his powerful word (by Christ), He by himself purged all the sins in our soul and Christ is sitting down in our soul at the right hand of the Majesty on high. In this manner God is sitting in our soul, which is the throne of God and our Lord Jesus Christ is sitting in the brightness of His glory.

Therefore, to sit amid the Israelites he destroys the authority of Pharaoh completely and God is using Egypt and showing this to us as a pattern.

If we will obey God’s word in this way, the glorious God will shine in us and he will be the one who upholds all things in us. If we will submit ourselves and believe all God’s words we will live.
