The Finger of God - Judgement

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the past day we meditated with understanding on the foundation that the finger of God means that God is judging us. If we are Israelites, we are God’s children. God’s will is that we should not have any deeds of Egypt in our soul and we should accept God’s words, that is commandments, laws, righteous judgements, statues and walk according to them and remove all injustice away from us and be like children who are completely cleansed. If we do not walk in this manner truthfully according to the Spirit of God we will be pushed in the plagues of Egypt, that is judgements. In the past day, Pharaoh did not allow the Israelites to hold a feast for God by hardening his heart. We can understand that the plague that was sent there – lice, was a judgement of God. We meditated on one of the facts of what God is doing with his finger.

Next what we are going to meditate is that Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon came to Jerusalem and besieged it. And the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand, with some of the articles of the house of God, which he carried into the land of Shinar to the house of his god; and he brought the articles into the treasure house of his god.

The land of Shinar signifies the great city of Babylon. The spiritual meaning of what is written as the articles in the house of God is that it shows the important souls in the house of God. The reason why he is showing this is that if we do not do the deeds of God and in a different way if we reconcile with things of the world, God will give our soul in that manner  into the hands of the Babylonian. When that happens, they fall in worldly worship, desires of the world, infatuations, lusts, and glory. But they do not know the place where they have fallen. Their understanding will be darkened. And they will go down to hell along with the uncircumcised.

Therefore, my dear people, we must destroy all the deeds of Egypt so that they are not present in us.

Ezekiel 30: 22 – 26 Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Surely I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, both the strong one and the one that was broken; and I will make the sword fall out of his hand.

I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them throughout the countries.

I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon and put My sword in his hand; but I will break Pharaoh’s arms, and he will groan before him with the groanings of a mortally wounded man.

Thus I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, but the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; they shall know that I am the Lord, when I put My sword into the hand of the king of Babylon and he stretches it out against the land of Egypt.

I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them throughout the countries. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.’”

Therefore, we must be careful so that the deeds of Egypt should never come in us.

Also, he commanded that the gold and silver vessels which Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the temple which had been in Jerusalem, be brought so that he and his lords, his wives, and his concubines might drink from them.

Then they brought the gold vessels that had been taken from the temple of the house of God which had been in Jerusalem; and the king and his lords, his wives, and his concubines drank from them.

They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold and silver, bronze and iron, wood and stone.

We must meditate about the meaning of this. 1 Corinthians 10: 14 He is telling to flee from idolatry.

Exodus 20: 3 – 5 “You shall have no other gods before Me.

“You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth;

you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me

Also, in Isaiah 42: 8 I am the Lord, that is My name; And My glory I will not give to another, Nor My praise to carved images.

In this manner, Our Lord God has told regarding idols but Belshazzar the king, his lords, his wives, and his concubines drank wine in those vessels and praised the gods of gold and silver, bronze and iron, wood and stone.

Daniel 5: 5 In the same hour the fingers of a man’s hand appeared and wrote opposite the lampstand on the plaster of the wall of the king’s palace; and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.

What this signifies is, the judgement of the finger of God. This is because the gold vessels that were brought from the house of God shows the soul which was anointed by God. In that soul, wine (true teachings) is drunk by the king, queen, and the concubines. But after receiving the truth, they praised the gods of gold and silver, bronze and iron, wood, and stone. The meaning of this is that after hearing the truth they are serving idols. Therefore, God in his anger using the finger of his hand is writing on the plaster of the wall.

Daniel 5: 5, 6 In the same hour the fingers of a man’s hand appeared and wrote opposite the lampstand on the plaster of the wall of the king’s palace; and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.

Then the king’s countenance changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his hips were loosened, and his knees knocked against each other.

The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. The king spoke, saying to the wise men of Babylon, “Whoever reads this writing, and tells me its interpretation, shall be clothed with purple and have a chain of gold around his neck; and he shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.”

But they could not tell its interpretation. But after that Daniel tells its meaning, what the meaning was is that Daniel 5: 25 – 30 “And this is the inscription that was written: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.

This is the interpretation of each word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it;

TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances and found wanting; PERES: Your kingdom has been divided and given to the Medes and Persians.”

Then Belshazzar gave the command, and they clothed Daniel with purple and put a chain of gold around his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

That very night Belshazzar, king of the Chaldeans, was slain.

In this manner, God is judging. That is, in whoever’s life after receiving the anointing of the king, the heart becomes proud, God gives them into the hands of the enemy and divides the kingdom and he humbles them.

From this we know that if we do not obey the word of God it is a proud heart. This proud heart is hardened till it becomes humble he breaks it. Therefore, let us all obey his words with humbleness.

May the Lord bless you all. Let us pray.
