“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Psalms 69: 16 Hear me, O Lord, for Your lovingkindness is good; Turn to me according to the multitude of Your tender mercies.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
Jesus Christ, the first born is the first born for all of us
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we see that for the people to repent and for God to break the hardened heart of Pharaoh he sends thick darkness in the land of Egypt. That thick darkness was there for three days and after that since Pharaoh submitted to Moses and because Moses made a supplication to God, God listened to the supplication. Then the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not have the mind to let them go.
Then Pharaoh said to Moses, “Get away from me! Take heed to yourself and see my face no more! For in the day you see my face you shall die!”
So, Moses said, “You have spoken well. I will never see your face again.” When we meditate on this, Pharaoh is speaking to Moses with anger. But we meditated few days back that the mouth and tongue of Moses has been changed by God into God’s mouth and tongue. Therefore, since he was God’s mouth and tongue Moses said, “You have spoken well. I will never see your face again.”
So, next God fulfills that word quickly.
The reason for thick darkness coming to our soul and no light in our lives is because God is sending the plague of thick darkness so that we will submit ourselves as those who have accepted God completely.
Also, because God was not pleased with the worship of the mountains of Israel, God sends the prince of the Gentiles, Gog. After they had covered the land with a dark cloud, we see that they are telling that still the people did not repent.
But in Exodus 11: 1 And the Lord said to Moses, “I will bring one more plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt. Afterward he will let you go from here. When he lets you go, he will surely drive you out of here altogether.
But the Lord says Speak now in the hearing of the people, and let every man ask from his neighbour and every woman from her neighbour, articles of silver and articles of gold.”
And the Lord gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover, the man Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh’s servants and in the sight of the people.
Then Moses said, “Thus says the Lord: ‘About midnight I will go out into the midst of Egypt; and all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, even to the firstborn of the female servant who is behind the hand mill, and all the firstborn of the animals. Then there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as was not like it before, nor shall be like it again.
When such a thing happens, against none of the children of Israel shall a dog move its tongue, against man or beast, that you may know that the Lord does make a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.
In this manner, Moses tells Pharaoh that all your servants shall come down to me and bow down to me, saying, ‘Get out, and all the people who follow you!’ After that I will go out.” Then he went out from Pharaoh in great anger.
God hardened the heart of Pharaoh so that he could do many miracles in Egypt and to destroy Pharaoh and his armies completely he hardened his heart in this manner.
My dear people, God’s aim is to harden the heart of Pharaoh to cause the death of the firstborn. This is because God plans to destroy all the firstborns to send the people for worship. The reason for this is to redeem Israel, the church which is his firstborn, our God had the opinion that when we worship God, in our soul there is no place for other firsts (things which are important). He wanted the Egyptians and other Israelite's to see and realize the power of God and to fulfill his purpose we see that he is saying that he will kill all the firstborns of Egypt. People of God who are reading and meditating on this, in the world, any other firsts, traditions, any type of appearances should not be in our soul in the first place and this is the will of God.
Our Lord God gave his only begotten Son in our soul, which is Egypt (tradition) to destroy all the evil deeds and to give the first born, which is the Son to all of us as the firstborn, God is showing this as a pattern in the land of Egypt in the middle of Pharaoh. His word is only the Son. Till everyone accepts him as the firstborn, plagues and wars will continue to occur in our soul and in our nations. God is doing these things for man to repent and accept heaven as his own nation.
Romans 8: 29 – 32 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Moreover, whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
Therefore, my dear people, let us not give place to the anger of God at least hereafter and let each one of us leave all the old activities of Egypt and according to the will of God if we give our soul only to our firstborn, Our Lord Jesus Christ then he will give us everything else and bless us.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
