“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Revelation 22: 5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Seventy Palm Trees - Prophets
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated regarding how in Elim the twelve springs, which is the bride of Christ, The Holy Spirit is in our soul as a tree which gives twelve kinds of fruits. Those who have received this experience will be healed and there will no curse in them and we meditated that the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it. We believe in God that all God’s children who have read this would have submitted yourselves. Read it every day and receive the blessing of God.
Next, the word of God we will meditate today are the seventy palm trees which we read was in Elim. Israel, the church camped in that place. When it is written that they camped it means that Israel, church during their journey to Canaan camped here and there. In those places the church is gathering. Then in Elim there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; These are showing Lord Jesus Christ as a pattern.
This is because our Lord God was feeding the people of Israel every day without any lack with manna. But the many kinds of foreign people that were there within them became very lustful. Even the sons of Israel cried again saying Who will give us meat to eat?
Numbers 11: 5 – 8 We remember the fish which we ate freely in Egypt, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic; but now our whole being is dried up; there is nothing at all except this manna before our eyes!”
Now the manna was like coriander seed, and its colour like the colour of bdellium.
The people went about and gathered it, ground it on millstones or beat it in the mortar, cooked it in pans, and made cakes of it; and its taste was like the taste of pastry prepared with oil.
My dear people, this tasty manna that God gave the sons of Israel is shown as a pattern to the word of God (to Christ). But because their eyes did not shine, they did not know about its taste. They thought that this food was despicable, and they considered the food that they ate in Egypt as special and are crying.
Also, they are becoming lustful to eat meat. Then Moses heard the people weeping at the door of his tent; and the anger of the Lord was greatly aroused.
In this manner only, many among us even if God satisfies us and leads us, comforts us by giving God’s words if God does not give chance for us to walk by the lusts of the foreign people who are within us, we also like how the Israel, church cried we also cry daily for comforts, food, status and for these things. But God who sees all these things, just like how his anger was aroused against Israel, the church; he will become angry with us too without doubt.
That is what in James 4: 1 – 3 Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members?
You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.
You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.
If lusts come for the things that they desire due to the deeds of the foreign people which are in our soul if we pray to God to fulfil them; God will not listen to that request. This is understood through this verse. Then we also cry just like how the Israelites cried. And the anger of God keeps increasing upon us.
Because the Israelites cried, Moses is displeased and he says few things to God
Numbers 11: 14, 15 I am not able to bear all these people alone, because the burden is too heavy for me.
If You treat me like this, please kill me here and now—if I have found favour in Your sight—and do not let me see my wretchedness!”
So, the Lord said to Moses: “Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Israel, bring them to the tabernacle of meeting, that they may stand there with you. I will put my Spirit upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you.
Then you shall say to the people, ‘Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, and you shall eat meat; Therefore, the Lord will give you meat. You shall eat, not one day, nor two days, nor five days, nor ten days, nor twenty days, but for a whole month, until it comes out of your nostrils and becomes loathsome to you, because you have despised the Lord who is among you, and have wept before Him, saying, “Why did we ever come up out of Egypt?” ’ ”
And Moses said, “The people whom I am among are six hundred thousand men on foot; yet You have said, ‘I will give them meat, that they may eat for a whole month.’
Moses told God, Shall flocks and herds be slaughtered for them, to provide enough for them? Or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to provide enough for them?”
Numbers 11: 23 And the Lord said to Moses, “Has the Lord’s arm been shortened? Now you shall see whether what I say will happen to you or not.”
Numbers 11: 24, 25 So Moses went out and told the people the words of the Lord, and he gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people and placed them around the tabernacle.
Then the Lord came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied.
My dear people, we see that it is written in the words that God told Moses to tell the people that because you have despised the Lord who is among you. That is only shown as a pattern to our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the bread that came down from heaven. Those who ate that bread, because they become lustful for meat it is written that they despised the Lord. The reason is in that day Christ did not suffer or die or resurrect. Therefore, there was no redemption of the soul. The eyes were blinded. But our Lord Jesus Christ came in the clouds and the seventy disciples that Jesus Christ first had is being shown as a pattern to the seventy elders upon whom the spirit of prophesy came down and they prophesied and rested. Those seventy stood along with the twelve springs and God is comparing them to the seventy palm trees.
From this we come to know that Father God through our Lord Jesus Christ sends the Holy Spirit, the bride within us and prophesises. But when we see here it is written that all the seventy of them prophesised and rested. Also, the seventy disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ were happy that the spirits obeyed them, and we see that they came to Jesus and told him. But our Lord Jesus Christ says Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven. But those who heard the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ said, “This is a hard saying; who can understand it?” and went away. But only twelve disciples stood. (Twelve living springs). Only if the anointing of the Holy Spirit is safeguarded within us, we will be able to abide in Christ. The remaining portion we will meditate tomorrow. May the Lord bless all with the living tree that gives twelve kinds of fruits.
Let us pray.
