Dwelling place – The Gifts of Grace of the Holy Spirit, the Bride – as a pattern

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past day, we see that our God wants to establish a dwelling place within us for him to dwell and for that he showed Moses the dwelling place in the mountain as a pattern and said that a dwelling place should be made in that manner and he is showing a pattern for that also. We see that God is explaining and showing us how the place where he dwells, the holy dwelling place should be and for that holy dwelling place to be established in us we see that God is showing this as a pattern. That dwelling place is the bride, the Holy Spirit.

Yesterday we saw the pattern of it, and we meditated regarding few things. In it, God is showing us as a pattern regarding how we must cleanse ourselves and worship God.

Exodus 25: 31 – 33 “You shall also make a lampstand of pure gold; the lampstand shall be of hammered work. Its shaft, its branches, its bowls, its ornamental knobs, and flowers shall be of one piece.

And six branches shall come out of its sides: three branches of the lampstand out of one side, and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side.

Three bowls shall be made like almond blossoms on one branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower, and three bowls made like almond blossoms on the other branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower—and so for the six branches that come out of the lampstand.

My dear people, the above-mentioned lampstand shows the church that has come up in our soul. It shows how our soul should shine. It should be of hammered work means our soul should be slain along with the slain Lamb of God for our sins, be broken, should die and should again be renewed in the Spirit. Its shaft means the word of God also commandments, word of God grace, statues (branches, bowls, ornamental knobs, flowers). If we are filled with these, it shows that glory will dwell in us.

My dear people, we should not lack in any one of these things.

And six branches shall come out of its sides means for our soul to be renewed  repentance, baptism, anointing of the Spirit, anointing of fire, the Lord’s Holy Supper, fellowship of the holy people, praying – these six characters should always be along with our soul.

Only then our soul can overcome the world and can shine. Also, three branches of the lampstand out of one side, and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side means repenting, receiving baptism and getting the anointing of the Spirit should be our main aim and after that we should receive grace through the word of God, be seated at the Holy Supper and when we are seen in the fellowship of the holy people our soul will always be watchful and will receive the worthiness to pray. In this manner, three branches on one side and the next three branches should be on the other side. He is showing this clearly as a pattern to the church (the bride the church).

Also, three bowls shall be made like almond blossoms on one branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower means in every spiritual experience the triune God will fulfil his words quickly in us and the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ as the ornamental knob and the Holy Spirit, the bride as the one who gives out the fragrance of the flower as the glorious one in us and when our soul does each one of the good deeds we will also attain glory in this image and he is showing this along with a pattern.

On the lampstand itself four bowls shall be made like almond blossoms, each with its ornamental knob and flower means our soul should always accept the gospel of Christ’s grace which are the four parts as the word of God and we must attain the renewing of the Holy Spirit.

Exodus 25: 35 And there shall be a knob under the first two branches of the same, a knob under the second two branches of the same, and a knob under the third two branches of the same, according to the six branches that extend from the lampstand.

My dear people, when we meditate, we must be as Christ’s branches and our soul must repent and when we receive baptism the grace of Christ should be there.

Also, when we receive anointing of the Spirit and anointing of fire and when we partake in the Lord’s supper, we must have Christ’s grace and gifts.

Next, when we remain in the fellowship of the holy people and in prayer, we must have the various types of grace.

And it is written that six branches should come out of the lampstand. The six branches which are coming out of the lampstand should have six gifts of grace.

In this manner, God is showing Moses as a pattern that nice gifts of grace should be the fruit of all our souls.

That is, in 1 Corinthians chapter 12 the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healings, working of miracles, speaking prophecy, discerning of spirits, speaking different kinds of tongues, interpretation of tongues. These are the gifts of grace given to us by God through his spirit. These are the ornamental knobs of our soul (fruits).

Exodus 25: 36 Their knobs and their branches shall be of one piece; all of it shall be one hammered piece of pure gold.

My dear people, all these types of gifts of grace should be the grace filled with the glory of the word of God of the slain Lamb filled with grace and he is explaining with a pattern that our soul should manifest with such grace.

Exodus 25: 37, 38 You shall make seven lamps for it, and they shall arrange its lamps so that they give light in front of it.

And its wick-trimmers and their trays shall be of pure gold.

My dear people, let us submit so that the above-mentioned precious word of God should come in our soul and dwell in us

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
