“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Acts 10: 44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
Spiritual worship must take place in our soul
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, our Lord Jesus Christ overcame the ministry unto death, through Moses until the end of the cross and resurrected and overcame death and hell. If we will see, how Christ is becoming victorious 1 Corinthians 15: 50 – 56 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
So, when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
“O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?”
The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.
When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified on the cross and then resurrected on the third day and after resurrecting what he said is that speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God to the apostles and He presented Himself alive by many infallible proofs and we are able to see that. Then our Lord Jesus Christ is saying that John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now. He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but he said to wait for the Promise of the Father. Regarding the kingdom of God descending in everyone’s soul, the resurrected Christ is saying in Acts 1: 3 – 11 to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.
And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me;
for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?”
And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.
And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel,
who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”
When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, kingdom of God means we see that the resurrected Christ is saying regarding receiving the strength of the Holy Spirit. Then he is being taken up. And a cloud received Him out of their sight. When he going in this manner, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner. In this manner, the resurrected Christ overcame the hell and death and rose again. The word “Death is swallowed up in victory” is being fulfilled. In the same manner he will come again.
The reason God showed these things as a pattern beforehand is that on Mount Sinai God called Moses, but we see that Moses comes down from the mountain late. Exodus 34: 27 – 30 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write these words, for according to the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.”
So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.
Now it was so, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the Testimony were in Moses’ hand when he came down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him.
So, when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone, and they were afraid to come near him.
When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, we can read that Moses was with the Lord forty days without eating or drinking in the mountain. Also, when Moses came down from the mountain, people are backsliding. When we see there the people did a dead worship. Therefore, God said that this is a worship unto death and resurrected Christ in our soul and for us to worship God with life, he raises our soul.
Our resurrected Christ telling us to wait for the kingdom of God to come signifies that our soul should receive the strength of the Holy Spirit and we must worship God. Only then our soul will worship in spirit. This is only spiritual worship. Therefore, for all of us to worship in this manner, let us submit ourselves.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly
