“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Jeremiah 31: 14 I will satiate the soul of the priests with abundance, and My people shall be satisfied with My goodness, says the Lord.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
To receive peace what must the bride, the church do – as a pattern and explanations
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated regarding how we must offer the grain offering of our first fruits and how the deeds of that offering will be. Also, today what we will be meditating is Peace offering. Leviticus 3: 1 – 17 When his offering is a sacrifice of a peace offering, if he offers it of the herd, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the Lord.
And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of meeting; and Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall sprinkle the blood all around on the altar.
Then he shall offer from the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire to the Lord. The fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,
the two kidneys and the fat that is on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe attached to the liver above the kidneys, he shall remove;
and Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which is on the wood that is on the fire, as an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord.
‘If his offering as a sacrifice of a peace offering to the Lord is of the flock, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.
If he offers a lamb as his offering, then he shall offer it before the Lord.
And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and kill it before the tabernacle of meeting; and Aaron’s sons shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.
‘Then he shall offer from the sacrifice of the peace offering, as an offering made by fire to the Lord, its fat and the whole fat tail which he shall remove close to the backbone. And the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,
the two kidneys and the fat that is on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe attached to the liver above the kidneys, he shall remove; 11 and the priest shall burn them on the altar as food, an offering made by fire to the Lord.
‘And if his offering is a goat, then he shall offer it before the Lord.
He shall lay his hand on its head and kill it before the tabernacle of meeting; and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.
Then he shall offer from it his offering, as an offering made by fire to the Lord. The fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,
the two kidneys and the fat that is on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe attached to the liver above the kidneys, he shall remove;
and the priest shall burn them on the altar as food, an offering made by fire for a sweet aroma; all the fat is the Lord’s.
‘This shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall eat neither fat nor blood.’”
When we read the verses from the herd take the bull (male) or cow (female) and bring it to the door of the tabernacle of meeting and the priest should lay his hand on the head of the offering and kill it and it is written in this manner because our old soul, should be killed along with Christ, our priest then later our heart should be cleansed by the blood then all the inner parts in our body should be offered as a burnt sacrifice to God.
In our life in order to live without diseases uniformly with peace along with our inner parts of the body on the altar along with the sacrifice that we first submitted this should also be offered as a burnt sacrifice to God. The priests will burn this on the altar along with the sacrifice that was first put on it. This is an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord.
Next, from the flock whether it is a lamb should be offered as a sacrifice in the previous manner. This is as food, an offering made by fire to the Lord. When we meditate upon the next verses regarding the goat God is telling when we give this for a peace offering just like the previous offering we must burn and offer it. This is as food, an offering made by fire for a sweet aroma.
My dear people, we are meditating now that only the fat and fatty lobe of the lamb and the fat and fatty lobe of the goat are as food, an offering made by fire to the Lord. That is, lamb means it is a pattern to our Lord Jesus Christ and goat means every soul who has been made an Israelite. Each one of our soul should be washed and cleansed by the blood of Christ, who is the word of God and then later revived by his word of God, his spirit and after that made holy by the heavenly food, which is his food and if everyday our soul is united by Christ then by resurrected it is saving us.
My dear people if our holy life will be in this manner there will be good deeds, good fruits in our soul. Then our soul will be as heavenly food, which is a fatty provision. In this manner he is accepting our soul as a food, an offering made by fire. The heavenly food of our soul is Hallelujah, salvation, glory, honour, power all these belong to God alone. These are only shown as a pattern in the Old Testament.
Also, by Christ after we have completely burnt our old life and everything by the word of God, which is fire on the altar and after that our new life with Christ, God will accept it. Anything that was there before we were saved should not be in our dwelling place, which is our soul and should not be in our house and God is saying this as a perpetual statue. That is why he is saying this in Leviticus 3: 17 This shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall eat neither fat nor blood.’”
In this manner, let us all give what belongs to God to God. In this manner, if we will offer daily what we must offer to God properly (Hallelujah, salvation, honour, glory, power) then to give us peace he will accept it as a peace offering. Let us submit ourselves.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly
