“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
1 John 1: 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
The many appearances of the Passover Lamb who redeemed the bride, the church from sin – explanation as a pattern
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, in the bride, the church those who have received the anointing of God and are doing the service of priesthood, whoever it may be, either unintentionally or intentionally, if they walk breaking the commandments of God, regarding how the judgement of God will be was shown clearly to us in Zechariah chapter 11. We are also meditating regarding how those who have sinned in this manner should be redeemed.
Also, what God is saying regarding Israel, the church is that if the whole congregation of Israel sins unintentionally or because the truth was not revealed to them and was hidden and because of that if they broke the commandments of God and did anything which should not be done, and sinned and are guilty; when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then they should offer in the presence of God a young bull and bring it before the tabernacle of meeting and it should be sacrificed and God is telling us this as a pattern because each one of us must understand that a back was beaten and ploughed for us to be redeemed from such kind of sins and the soul that has sinned must know these things and confess their sins in front of God and he who shed his blood for us and who was raised up from the dead by the Calvary blood of Jesus Christ removes our sin and will cleanse us and for this to be manifested in the days to come, in the Old Testament to Israel, the church God is telling them that they must bring a young bull before the tabernacle of meeting and must sacrifice it. He should take and bring some of the bull’s blood to the tabernacle of meeting and dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil. We must know that this is said as a pattern for us.
My dear children of God’s church who are reading this whoever it may be we should not be careless but we should search and analyse regarding what our mistakes are and so that the blood of Christ which redeems us from sin washes and cleanses us we must confess our mistakes to God seven times and submit ourselves. Then God will deliver us from sin and save us.
As an example, for that only God is cleansing Naaman, commander of the army of the king of Syria by cleansing him seven times. Regarding that, 2 Kings 5: 9 – 14 Then Naaman went with his horses and chariot, and he stood at the door of Elisha’s house.
And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, “Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall be restored to you, and you shall be clean.”
But Naaman became furious, and went away and said, “Indeed, I said to myself, ‘He will surely come out to me, and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, and wave his hand over the place, and heal the leprosy.’
Are not the Abanah and the Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?” So he turned and went away in a rage.
And his servants came near and spoke to him, and said, “My father, if the prophet had told you to do something great, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you, ‘Wash, and be clean’?”
So he went down and dipped seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
In this manner, he is cleansing our sins by cleansing of seven times and to show this as a pattern Leviticus 4: 15 – 21 And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the Lord. Then the bull shall be killed before the Lord.
The anointed priest shall bring some of the bull’s blood to the tabernacle of meeting.
Then the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil.
And he shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before the Lord, which is in the tabernacle of meeting; and he shall pour the remaining blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of meeting.
He shall take all the fat from it and burn it on the altar.
And he shall do with the bull as he did with the bull as a sin offering; thus he shall do with it. So the priest shall make atonement for them, and it shall be forgiven them.
Then he shall carry the bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull. It is a sin offering for the assembly.
These verses are an explanation and pattern that Christ is becoming a Passover sacrifice for us. Also, next when a ruler has sinned, and done something unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Lord his God in anything which should not be done, and is guilty, or if his sin which he has committed comes to his knowledge, he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a male without blemish in the presence of God and kill it in the place where the burnt offering is killed and take its blood and do like what was done in the previous sacrifices and he must make an atonement concerning his sin.
When we say ruler, it means those who hold an important part in every manner in Israel, the church. The meaning of this is that for all kinds of sins one type of sacrifice is only offered. But there are differences in the sacrifices.
Also, if anyone of the common people sins unintentionally by doing something against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which ought not to be done, and is guilty, or if his sin which he has committed comes to his knowledge, then he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, to the presence of God and do as was done in the previous sacrifices and make an atonement for his sin and the word of God says this. Then it is written that his sin will be forgiven.
But all these are Christ’s blood only and God is showing this as a pattern in the Old Testament. But as a sign that there are differences in the sacrifices the anointed people who were doing the priesthood and committed sin and the whole congregation of Israel had to bring a young bull without blemish and for the rulers of the church a kid of the goats, a male without blemish and for the common people a kid of the goats, a female without blemish should be sacrificed as told by the word of God.
The difference of this is that it shows how our soul is strengthened by the word of God. That is the young bull, kid of the goats, a male and kid of the goats, a female. This is because our soul only should be submitted along with the word of God, who is Christ. For the sin that we have done if we are crushed and along with the sacrifice of praise if we submit that is only a sacrifice. That is one part of the worship of God.
Also, mainly seven times cleansing is for whom is that with the appearance of a young bull those who are doing the anointed priesthood service, it is written mainly for them. Also, when we see because Job considered himself righteous, God is judging Job. Because Job was judged greatly, he was affected a lot unto death. Then his friends, three of them are coming there. But because they did not speak to Job about God rightly, God’s anger is aroused upon the three of them.
So, in Job 42: 1 – 17 Then Job answered the Lord and said:
“I know that You can do everything, and that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.
You asked, ‘Who is this who hides counsel without knowledge?’ Therefore, I have uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.
Listen, please, and let me speak; You said, ‘I will question you, and you shall answer Me.’
“I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You.
Therefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.”
And so it was, after the Lord had spoken these words to Job, that the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “My wrath is aroused against you and your two friends, for you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.
Now therefore, take for yourselves seven bulls and seven rams, go to My servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and My servant Job shall pray for you. For I will accept him, lest I deal with you according to your folly; because you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.”
So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went and did as the Lord commanded them; for the Lord had accepted Job.
And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed, the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Then all his brothers, all his sisters, and all those who had been his acquaintances before, came to him and ate food with him in his house; and they consoled him and comforted him for all the adversity that the Lord had brought upon him. Each one gave him a piece of silver and each a ring of gold.
Now the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys.
He also had seven sons and three daughters.
And he called the name of the first Jemimah, the name of the second Keziah, and the name of the third Keren-Happuch.
In all the land were found no women so beautiful as the daughters of Job; and their father gave them an inheritance among their brothers.
After this Job lived one hundred and forty years and saw his children and grandchildren for four generations.
So, Job died, old and full of days.
When we see in these verses the three friends of Job because of the sin that they did against God, he is telling them to select seven bulls and seven rams and go to the servant Job and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering. When we see these things comparing it with the above-mentioned verses seven bulls for Job and when we say three friends, we can know that they are the important rulers of the church. For them, seven rams are being sacrificed and both sides sins are being forgiven and we see that they are being blessed.
In this manner, for our sins if we will be cleansed seven times more than our beginning days God will bless our latter days greatly. My dear people who are reading this, let us realize that there are many sins in all of us and as mentioned above let us humble ourselves and submit ourselves.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly
