The Bride, the church should tell others as a witness regarding fellowship with God - Explanation
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, to redeem the bride, the church from sin the Passover lamb, our Lord Jesus Christ was sacrificed for us and we meditated regarding this with many patterns. Also, when we meditate regarding this by the word of God, who is Christ our soul dies, then we are united in the image of his death and then if we are revived by his life in our soul, according to the amount of strength required, then if after knowing or not knowing the truth if we do sin and are guilty we must confess our sin before God and we must submit our soul and regarding this through many appearances Christ is manifesting himself and we meditated this.
Also, what God is telling is that if a person with such a witness in his life if he has heard the above-mentioned oath and if he does not tell what he has seen or known and does sin he bears his iniquity. Leviticus 5: 1 If a person sins in hearing the utterance of an oath, and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of the matter—if he does not tell it, he bears guilt.
When we meditate upon these verses, the important thing that we must know is that according to the word of God mentioned, in our life the witnesses of God that we have known and experienced if we do not tell it to others is a sin and it is written that he is bear this guilt. Mainly if we live for God as a true witness, God will lift us and this is sure.
Mostly one thing we all know a young boy called Saul, he is from the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews, circumcised on the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, concerning the law, a Pharisee; concerning zeal, persecuting the church; This Saul, to persecute the children of God he took the letters from the high priest and on the way to Damascus God is meeting him. God meets him and we can read that he rises up as a bold witness for God. When he was living as a firm witness for God, we see the many ways that he was pressured. In that kind of pressures, God safeguarded without leaving him, took care of him and he is fulfilling God’s intention.
Also, Saul is telling the commander only about him receiving eyesight and the things that God met him and spoke to him. That is, in Acts 22: 10 – 18 So I said, ‘What shall I do, Lord?’ And the Lord said to me, ‘Arise and go into Damascus, and there you will be told all things which are appointed for you to do.’
And since I could not see for the glory of that light, being led by the hand of those who were with me, I came into Damascus.
“Then a certain Ananias, a devout man according to the law, having a good testimony with all the Jews who dwelt there,
came to me; and he stood and said to me, ‘Brother Saul, receive your sight.’ And at that same hour I looked up at him.
Then he said, ‘The God of our fathers has chosen you that you should know His will, and see the Just One, and hear the voice of His mouth.
For you will be His witness to all men of what you have seen and heard.
And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.’
“Now it happened, when I returned to Jerusalem and was praying in the temple, that I was in a trance
and saw Him saying to me, ‘Make haste and get out of Jerusalem quickly, for they will not receive your testimony concerning Me.’
When we meditate on these verses, we see that what God told Paul that you will be His witness to all men of what you have seen and heard, he is telling the commander. Also, the apostle Paul is telling King Agrippa about the things that happened in his life. That is in Acts 26: 11 – 16 And I punished them often in every synagogue and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even to foreign cities.
“While thus occupied, as I journeyed to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,
at midday, O king, along the road I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those who journeyed with me.
And when we all had fallen to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me and saying in the Hebrew language, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’
So I said, ‘Who are You, Lord?’ And He said, ‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.
But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you.
Here when we read, the heavenly vision that God gave Paul it was to make him as the servant of God and as a testimony for him and we can understand this. Acts 26: 20 – 22 but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance.
For these reasons the Jews seized me in the temple and tried to kill me.
Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come—
My dear people, in this manner we must receive God’s blessing and let us submit ourselves to live as a witness of God. Also, in 1 John 1: 1- 4 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life—
the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us—
that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.
In this manner, we also regarding what we have seen, known, heard concerning the Word of life and the fellowship that we have with God if we will tell others also as a witness our joy will be full. If we do not tell before others regarding the fellowship we have with God as a witness, that iniquity we will only bear it and this is written in the word of God.
Therefore, if we do let the people know about the witnesses of God, now itself let us confess our sins in the presence of God and with the sacrifice of praise let us submit to Him and receive the fullness of joy. Let us submit ourselves.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly
