2 Peter 2: 20 For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning.

If the bride, the church must become God’s inheritance and God’s possession, we must safeguard ourselves so that we are not defiled by uncleanliness, which is the world

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, in Leviticus 5: 2, 3 ‘Or if a person touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and he is unaware of it, he also shall be unclean and guilty. 

Or if he touches human uncleanness—whatever uncleanness with which a man may be defiled, and he is unaware of it—when he realizes it, then he shall be guilty.

These verses what it is saying is that a soul that is cleansed by the blood of the Lamb should not touch any unclean thing and this is the meaning of this. Also, if you touch a man who is defiled unknowingly, and later if he realizes it then he shall be guilty. Isaiah 52: 11 Depart! Depart! Go out from there, touch no unclean thing; Go out from the midst of her, be clean, you who bear the vessels of the Lord.

When we meditate upon this verse if God is telling Depart! Depart! He is telling regarding our journey of faith towards our heaven, which is Canaan. This journey when it is beginning is that when our soul is dead because of traditional sins our spiritual eyes will be closed.  By the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ when our sins are washed and being cleansed, our soul which was lying dead rises with life and our eyes of the soul are being opened. When our soul is rising with life, that soul is only Zion. 

If we want to change as the city of Zion, then Zion, who is Christ should send his life within each one of our soul and that soul is rising from among the dead. Regarding that only, God is telling in Isaiah 52: 1 – 3 Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; Put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean shall no longer come to you.

Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion!

For thus says the Lord: “You have sold yourselves for nothing, and you shall be redeemed without money.”

What these verses are telling is that the soul that is awakened by Christ should put on his power. To put on Christ’s power in this manner, we must not make mistakes but follow his words and walk according to them. Only if we follow the words of God and live in this manner, we can escape the uncleanliness, which is the world and can change as holy. 

Then our decoration is holiness. That is why, God is telling worship God in the beauty of holiness. Holiness, totally the complete holiness cannot be received in one day itself. The reason for that is the words of the Lord are pure words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Also, the truths in the words of God are hidden very deep. To know this depth is not an easy thing. To know them, we must be extremely united with Christ who was victorious over the world, and we should also, like him hate all the pleasures of the world and if live as if only God is our shelter, he will reveal the truth which is hidden from us.

Then every day we will live in holiness. In this manner, we must wear the holy garment every day. That is what, God is saying put on your holy garments. If we will be in this manner, in the journey of faith the enemy will not deceive our soul. That is why, God is telling for the uncircumcised and the unclean shall no longer come to you. 

Also, what God is telling is that shake yourself from the dust, arise; God is telling that the world and everything that is in the world as dust. We must leave all these things and if we will live following only Christ, then God will redeem us completely. After he has redeemed us, he is telling us that we must not touch any uncleanliness, which is the world.

My dear people, loving people who are reading this, many people after they have been redeemed by the blood of Christ because they do not know the depths of the truth, they get stuck again in the uncleanliness of the world. Therefore, all of you who are meditating on these words should search and analyse their lives and if we will obey the voice of God, then God will give us the eternal salvation. Also, our Lord Jesus Christ as a sign of this in Luke 9: 57 – 62 Now it happened as they journeyed on the road, that someone said to Him, “Lord, I will follow You wherever You go.”

And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”

Then He said to another, “Follow Me.” But he said, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”

Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and preach the kingdom of God.”

And another also said, “Lord, I will follow You, but let me first go and bid them farewell who are at my house.”

But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

When we look at the facts regarding this, it is written that one who has touched the uncleanliness, which is the world is unclean. To show that God cannot dwell within him, when one disciple said that he will follow him Jesus said, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.” Then one of the disciples told Jesus let me first go and bury my father. For that Jesus said, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and preach the kingdom of God.”

From this what we know is that if we are not saved by Christ there is no life in us. Those who do not have life in this manner are dead. If those who do not have life in this manner die, they are an abomination, they are defiled and unclean. It is written that those who touch them are also defiled. That is why the above-mentioned verses are being said. 

Also, what the explanation of this says is that Ezekiel 44: 25 – 28 “They shall not defile themselves by coming near a dead person. Only for father or mother, for son or daughter, for brother or unmarried sister may they defile themselves. 

After he is cleansed, they shall count seven days for him. 

And on the day that he goes to the sanctuary to minister in the sanctuary, he must offer his sin offering in the inner court,” says the Lord God.

“It shall be, in regard to their inheritance, that I am their inheritance. You shall give them no possession in Israel, for I am their possession.

These words of God are the commandments that God has given us. In these we must follow everything properly. Only if we follow them properly in this manner, God will dwell with us.  According to the above-mentioned verses, if we touch a dead person, if we are defiled, we must be cleansed. After we have been cleansed in this manner, only after seven days we can go to the inner court in the sanctuary and confess our sins and be cleansed by the blood of Christ and we must become the inheritance of God. God is our inheritance. He is our possession. In this manner let us all submit ourselves to become the possession of God.
